The FOR THE LOVE OF collection is a series of handcrafted publications of which explores different emotions via visual means. Ranging from a typology of coffees to a magazine retrospect of my time at CSM, the collection celebrates photography and the form of the book of. Housed in a chair, it encourages an intimate experience with each publication, celebrating the form of the book as well as the importance of sensory stimulated experiences by the way they are bound.
The collection includes the following publications:
- For the Love of Coffee: A typology series exploring the emotion joy via the celebration london cafes and coffee culture.
- NICE TO [UN]MEET YOU: An archival piece investigating loss and sadness through the documentation of objects I have kept from people I no longer have a r
elation to.
- Photos From Home: A photo series evoking nostalgia and yearning for the past through photographs of my home and the area i grew up in.
- Retrospect: An editorial celebrating the joys of the past three years at csm have given as well as the fear of the future.
- FOR THE LOVE OF: A formal sketchbook presenting the inspirations behind the whole collection.
